Syrian Hummus:

Hummus is a very traditional sauce used all over the world, but its origin is from Levant. This is a Syrian version of Hummus. To prepare this you will need five unpeeled garlic that you will roast, wrapped in an aluminum foil with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Preheat the oven at 230 degrees celsius and than roast them for about ten to fifteen minutes. Once they are roasted, remove the skin from the cloves of garlic.

Add roasted garlic in the food process jar along with, fifteen ounce of garbanzo beans, half a cup of tahini, and one third cup of lemon juice, one teaspoon of ground cumin, one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Blend all of them together until smoothens.
Serve them with olives, pita breads and salad.

Cranberry Salsa:

It’s a different version of salsa, originated from North America. Its sweet and sour in taste and goes awesome with nacos. To prepare this you will need one (sixteen ounces) bag of cranberries, chopped bunch of cilantro, a bunch of green onions roughly chopped, a jalapeno pepper (minced), two limes juice, three quarters of white sugar and a pinch of salt. Put all of these in the food processor and blend them together, until a paste is not form. There you have it, your sweet and sour salsa.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce:

This hot and spicy sauce is best for serving over a hamburger patty. To prepare this sauce you will need a three egg yolks, quarter of Dijon mustard, one-tablespoon lemon juice, half a cup butter and a tabasco sauce. Now place everything in the jar of the food processor leaving butter, than mix all og the jar ingredients than slowly add the melted butter and continue mixing. Serve it hot and when not serving it keep it on a hot water bath.

Homemade Peanut Butter:

Everyone just loves peanut butter, but we always buy it from the store, iant is it better to prepare one at home with the help of food processor. To prepare peanut butter you will need, two cups of dry roasted peanuts, two tablespoon of honey and salt to taste.

Now add the peanuts in the food processor and let them grind for four to five minutes. You will observe that peanuts will soon form a liquid paste. There you go you have your peanut butter, now you can add honey and salt, it’s optional but I would prefer that you will try them.
